Our Platform Membership gives you unlimited monthly access to our ever-growing library of online yoga classes - from gentle flows and restorative sessions to dynamic vinyasa and breath-led practices. New content is added regularly, so there’s always something fresh to explore at your own pace, in your own space.
Alongside on-demand classes, members get exclusive access to live-streamed group sessions, special events, mini-courses, and monthly themed challenges. You’ll also receive early access to new programmes and discounts on workshops and retreats.
For those who want deeper support, the membership includes access to 1-on-1 coaching session bookings at a preferential rate, so you can complement your self-guided practice with personalised guidance whenever you need it.

Retreat Bookings
Looking for a yoga teacher to lead your retreat? Whether you’re organising a corporate wellness day, a women’s retreat, a studio immersion, or a private group experience, we’d love to be part of it.
We offer bespoke retreat programmes tailored to your group’s intentions, energy, and experience level. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to create a safe, nourishing container - blending yoga, breathwork, movement, and mindfulness into a cohesive journey your participants will carry long after the retreat ends.

1:1 Private Class
A private yoga session is the most direct path to a practice that truly fits you. In a 1-hour 1:1 class, we work with your body, your goals, and your current energy - whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, easing chronic tension, supporting recovery, or simply creating space to slow down and breathe.
Each session begins with a short check-in to understand how you’re feeling and what you need that day. From there, your practice is crafted specifically for you: the poses, the pace, the breath cues, the adjustments. Nothing generic, nothing one-size-fits-all.
1:1 sessions are available in person or online, making them accessible wherever you are in the world. Ideal for beginners wanting a safe and personalised introduction to yoga, those returning after injury or a break, or experienced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding and refine their practice.
Group Classes
Group yoga classes at Terra Balance are warm, welcoming, and rooted in community. These sessions are held in small groups to ensure everyone receives proper attention, clear alignment cues, and a sense of being truly seen - not just guided through a sequence.
Classes are themed and flow with the season, the lunar cycle, or a specific focus - such as hip-opening, spine care, breathwork integration, or stress release. Each session is designed to be accessible yet intentional, so whether you’re a beginner or a regular practitioner, you’ll always find value and depth.
