This 12-week coaching process is built entirely around you - your sport, your body, your goals, and your current reality.
There’s no generic template. No copy-paste plan. Every piece of work is based on what will actually move you forward as an athlete right now.
We focus on what you want to achieve in your sport, what’s currently holding you back, and what needs to change to close that gap. Most people are closer to progress than they think - they just don’t have the clarity or structure to see it on their own.
You don’t lack potential. You lack the right support, feedback, and structure to turn it into consistent performance.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll build clarity in how you train, how you recover, and how you approach your sport - along with the confidence to actually apply it.

A few things people usually ask.

Click the "Apply for coaching" button and fill in a short application form. I review every application personally and will be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a discovery call. The call is a chance for both of us to make sure it's the right fit before committing.

I keep my client numbers intentionally small to make sure every woman gets my full attention. Spots are limited each month.

We meet every two weeks for a 1:1 call of 60 minutes on Zoom. Between sessions you have access to me via WhatsApp - for questions, updates, wins, or moments when you need a sounding board. The work happens in the calls and in the in-between.

Yes. If you'd prefer to spread the investment, a payment plan is available. Details will be shared during the discovery call.

The strategy session is a single 90-minute deep dive - great if you need clarity on one specific area and a clear next step. The mentorship is 12 weeks of ongoing support across every part of your life. Many women start with a strategy session and move into the mentorship from there. The €299 strategy session fee is credited toward the mentorship if you decide to continue within 14 days.

Not at all. While many of the people I work with are athletes or have returned to sport later in life, you don't need to compete or even identify as an athlete to benefit from coaching. If you're someone who wants to feel stronger, move better, improve your health, or discover what your body is capable of, we'll build a programme around your goals and where you're starting from.
