My Story
I've always known when something isn't right.
And I've never been afraid to change it - even when the timing was uncertain, even when the next step wasn't clear, even when it meant starting over.
Background
I started skating at three years old in Scotland. I don't remember a time before the ice - it was just always there, the one constant I never had to question. And then, at sixteen, an injury took it away. Not just the sport, but the thing I had built my whole identity around.
What I didn't know then was that this would become a pattern I'd learn to trust: things fall away when they need to. And if you let them, they come back - different, deeper, more yours than before.
That injury was the first time life asked me to let go of something I loved. Learning to trust that process, rather than fight it, became the foundation of everything that followed.
I've never stayed somewhere that didn't fit. Not a job, not a city, not a version of myself. And every time I've made the uncomfortable choice to leave, I've grown in ways I simply couldn't have if I'd stayed.
What I've learned through all of it is something I now bring into every coaching conversation: alignment isn't a destination. It's an ongoing practice of listening - to your body, your instincts, your quiet dissatisfactions, and being willing to act on what you hear.
I've walked away from stability for something that felt more true. I've let go of timelines I was attached to, identities I had outgrown, and plans that made sense on paper but felt hollow in practice. And I've built something real on the other side of each of those choices.
The work I do with women now isn't separate from the life I'm living. It is the life I'm living. I'm still pivoting, still choosing courage over comfort, still trusting that when something doesn't align, leaving it is not failure. It's the work.
If you're here, something in you already knows what it needs. I'm just here to help you hear it clearly, and actually do something about it.
- WHAT I BELIEVE
The principles that guide the work.
01
Discomfort is information, not failure
When something feels off, that's not a sign you're broken. It's a sign you're paying attention. The work begins there.
02
Timing is real. So is resistance.
Not everything that feels like timing is timing. Sometimes it's fear. Learning the difference is one of the most valuable things you can do.
03
The body keeps score
Energy, fatigue, resistance - these are signals, not inconveniences. Working with your body rather than against it changes everything.
04
You already know the answer
Most of the time, the woman I'm coaching already knows what she needs to do. She just needs someone to hold the space for her to say it out loud.
05
Letting go is part of becoming
Some things need to be released - roles, identities, plans - before the next version of you has room to exist.
06
I do what I teach
I'm not teaching from a place of having figured it all out. I'm teaching from being in it, and that's what makes it honest.
